Calorie counting baking

Blip is in essence supposed to be a reflection of your day so here is a picture of mine!

Once a week two members of staff are responsible for providing morning tea. Tomorrow it is mine and Sarah's turn.

Mention has been made before about how 'unhealthy' these are (although I would say overall mental health had improved as a result of the sharing aspect of these events)
Anyways S and I decided we were going to do a healthy one. So it's home baked reduced fat scones, home made oat biscuits and then carrot sticks, hummus and low fat cream cheese!

Here's my first batch of scones - how will I resist until tomorrow?
