Red Crow Road

We visited an old friend who just had knee replacement surgery. On the way home, I thought this old barn high up in the west foothills was posing elegantly for an evening blip. It's a classic gambrel roof-line to allow for maximum storage.....for those of you who don't speak barn. Sometimes they have two of those lower side-wings. This barn has only one. There are many homes in the Bitterroot patterned after these barns.
