Not even close

It was the third round of the Pearl Izumi tour series around a course from the Grassmarket. True to form the rain started as the elite race began and stopped as it finished. As the race was on a mix of setts and tarmac, there were spills, and a runaway winner in Graham Briggs. Here he is on the last lap as he won  by about a minute over the rest.
