It's such a beautiful day today and I'm confined to base yet again whilst my back heals. I'm starting to became a bit more mobile, but wearing a back brace in this heat is very uncomfortable. Its very frustrating not to be able to go to the beach with my children on a day like today (however, even if I was firing on all cylinders I'd be at work, so the beach would never have been an option anyway!).
