Elvis is in the building

Elvis strikes me as an odd name for a guinea-pig, but what do I know? All I do know is that this guinea-pig is the best-fed guinea-pig I've ever come across, although my acquaintance of guinea-pigs is very limited.

Every morning he is served a dish of fresh carrots,
spinach,
melon (he only likes the skin),
apple,
green beans,
broccoli,
peppers,
celery
mixed salad leaves
corn-on-the-cob and
herbs - thyme, parsley, lemon thyme, mint.
In the evening he gets a couple of scoops of normal guinea-pig muesli-type food.

I have yet to build a rapport with Elvis. He just doesn't rock my boat, but then Elvis never did...
