She wouldn't let me bring my bike as she had a lot of stuff from her mum's house to transport up here. I'm going to run instead. That will be interesting. I'm not one of life's natural runners despite completing the half marathon distance back in 2014. Had I been a cave man, I would have been part of the food chain - far too slow to get away from any but the slowest of predators.
