Reyt good day

Been a corker today....loved every minute of it.

Took my 1980's Vitus bike out for a ride to see if it's up for Eroica - only three weeks away.  Did a nice hour's ride, although the cartridge is really for flat triathlons and not the hills of Derbyshire; going to struggle a little there!  However, the recent running has come into play as I can stand in the saddle for a lot longer as a result.

Got back and Pete was here to talk about converting some of the house in the coming months to extend the living room and giving Mrs H some work and chill space.  I love Pete, one of the coolest people ever.

After lunch, another bike ride, but this time with Jnr Jnr - we did about 10ish miles and she picked up a ton on brake control and gears.

After an enjoyable Monaco highlights show, it has been chilling with Jnr Jnr and cribbage/tunes and a little gaming.   Jnr Snr is out at a party/sleepover, so a little quieter here.

The 29th May has been a corker, proper family niceness all round.
