MonoMonday.....Art.

Into Bristol for today's image for MonoMonday's challenge with the theme of "art" This is a piece of wall art, done by the elusive street artist, Banksy and can be found on the exterior of a building along the harbourside of the floating harbour area of Bristol.  It was painted in 2014 and depicts Vermeer's "Girl With A Pearl Earring" and has a yellow alarm box in place of the earring. Shortly after it was finished it was splattered by black paint, which has never been removed.
