Street art?!

Really windy out today but no rain yet!  Went for walk with U3A and saw this entertainer in the High Street, assume he must be sitting in the bag and the shoes/legs of the old man are his!  Unfortunately didn't have time to stop and watch but quite a few had gathered round.  Hope it fits the challenge!
