Soaking Wet

The morning was perfectly nice, with warm and sunny weather. We went through the only sheep and cattle free area along our favourite walkies route, and even found a geocache. We also checked out the bull calves closest to us. They don't look too big and scary yet, but mum says looks can be deceiving.

In the afternoon, mum decided I had had a boring day because she had been away, so we went by car to one of the bird lakes. We had only just started walking when we saw someone familiar coming our way. T the puppy school teacher! But with him was - a huge rogue German Shepherd!

It was his dog, of course. We've never actually met. He said she needed to practise walking walkies with another dog, so please can we walk with you. Another rogue big dog who needs training. Why is it always me?!

After saying goodbye we tried to navigate through the forest and over the meadows finding a cattle free path. When we were at a maximum distance from the car, it started to rain. It rained and rained. Did I have my raincoat? No. Did we enjoy the second part of our walk? No. Did I need blow-drying when we came home? Yes.
