Champagne Bird

This little Nuthatch is one of a collection of birds made by the artist Beverly Drury. She uses the tiny pieces of wire that secure champagne corks to a bottle of fizz to make the initial body shape, then adds other metals including silver and copper wire to make the beautiful birds.
This is my entry for Tiny Tuesday and the theme of Celebration, not a macro as it should be in its truest sense but the pieces of wire are tiny and l love a glass of bubbly at any celebration!
