Mind over Body

Touch the sweat!

Went football training tonight for the first time in a VERY long time. Full on session with a 30 minute game at the end. Wasn't a pretty sight. My mind says "yes", but my body says "are you joking?". On one of the hottest nights of the year as well, bloody typical.

I continued to perspire until all that was left was a puddle and a heap of clothes.
