White rose

It's been a filthy day - there have been problems on the roads and rail brought about by the weather so I was glad to be at home. Of course the difficulty is that rubbish weather isn't all that photogenic. I went for a wander up the yard and found this white rose and despite my preference for the red I thought it would make a blip. In the extras you'll see that the woodpecker has been back, there have been plenty of avian visitors today and I've probably done more garden bird watching than I should have given the piles of work but it was still jolly nice.
