Morning mist

Wakened by the bright sun (why don't I shut the curtains) I got up for long enough to take this photo of the line of cloud that lay over the Firth of Clyde from Loch Long down past the Cloch light. It looked at one point as if it might engulf Dunoon, but dissipated in the hot sun.

Now, well past 10pm, a blackbird is still singing in my garden. Summer, I think. For now ...
