Urban abandonment

It's a ghost town in doomed St James shopping centre. Three shops left open are bravely holding on until the end of the week. Everything else has been boarded up, ripped up and scavenged.

They forgot this sign though...

Also as there's no clear explanation on what's going on, there's plenty of confused tourists around, straight from the bus and dragging suitcases, in search of sustenance.
