St Andrew's Parish Church, Chesterton.

St Andrew's medieval church was first mentioned in 1224 and has several original features remaining. This window, which is stained glass, is behind the altar and is lovely from the inside. Owing to the cloudy day, the colours don't show up in this view. I didn't have time to go inside as I was on my way to the Community Centre to hand in my entries for the camera club's yearly competition. The theme this year is 'Joy and Happiness'  and there were several family shots in my selection, especially the grandchildren who are always a joy to be with
