In the beginning

At Gardening Scotland today, building a show garden for the Glorious Gardens of Argyll & Bute - and I thought I'd retired!

Anyway, this shows my friend Kate hard at work - the first job to is erect the backdrop before we can begin to assemble the plants in some kind of order. We didn't begin until about 11am and by 4pm had more or less completed it. Tomorrow I'll go back in to pack all the pots with moss and do all the tidying up and labelling.
