Swan on the river

It was another quiet day at work so I took the opportunity to do a bit of research into equipment I might want to improve my sourdough bread making.  I decided that the Dutch oven method I currently use is the best and will not be investing in a rectangular cloche, the only advantage of which is that the  bread is a better shape for slicing.  The day was mostly dull and cold again but the swan on the river didn't care and did me the favour of posing in the tree's reflections.
