Moving Into The Unknown

Rwanda

While this blip isn't necessarily a book review, I will start by saying I'm really enjoying it.  I've been thinking about travelling to Rwanda and Uganda sometime in the next year or two.  There seem to be many reasons that keep nudging me to go, but the more I learn about how Rwanda is rebuilding after the horrific genocide, the more I'm intrigued by the work going on there.  The book combines so many of my personal interests - food/restaurant life, conscientious and sustainable development done by working alongside populations, building capacity at the local level. It's got it all.
