Speedwell...

This is Speedwell, a beautiful wildflower found in the UK. It is so tiny that you might not notice it which is a shame because, as you can see from the picture, it is lovely. It likes to grow in low grasses that don't get cut too often. It's found all over the UK but isn't a native. It originally came from Eastern Europe and Western Asia. It was brought here for use in gardens but has escaped into the wild. It has found the UK much to it's liking.
