Country Fete

A neighbouring village has its Annual Country Fete in fortnight. It’s the weekend we go on holiday to France so our attendance will be rather limited. They advertise this event by having Scarecrows at the two entrances to the village starting this weekend. Over the next 10 days lots of scarecrows begin to appear all over the village so it may well be that further scarecrows will feature in my journal.

 Today’s blip is the first to appear in the village as the Queen of Hearts and my extra is on the A6 turning into the village.
