Mungbohnensprossen

Or mung bean sprouts. In a day or so these will be the latest addition to our salads. Seems daft to pay 1.50 for a little sad packet of these when we can do it ourselves.

The weather was so hot last night that we slept out on the terrace. We're not overlooked so it's all perfectly decent. I've never gone to sleep under the stars before and I can heartily recommend it. OK so there was a bit of light pollution but I could still see stars.

Moot was the very picture of bewilderment when he found us this morning. He slept downstairs because it's much cooler and so he knew nothing about the change of sleeping arrangements. He stood in the terrace door for quite some time, not sure what to make of it all.

Other than that, today was a day of chores. I shall add that to my cv.
