Team Spirit

Sam and the Barbers had a team building day, organised by Ex Marine Mark it mainly involved an Assault course. H, Heidi, Nikki, and Eve formed a ladies team and certainly gave the barbers a run for their money, H did really well although is currently sitting here with an ice pack on her ankle. I also thought I was going to watch Sam expire at one point as he was so utterly knackered after a winning run.

Anyway they all had an epic time, obviously I would have taken part but someone needed to take pictures (and I really would have died!).

Time to char some meat ;)
