Hatfield House

We were up and out early this morning to Hatfield House to have a wander around the garden show.  The weather was initially dreary but it did improve thankfully.

Hatfield House is steeped in history - it was on the grounds that Elizabeth I found out she was going to be Queen and the house has also featured in quite a few movies.  In the picture, this building has been one of the longer standing buildings - it was so pretty today.

The gardens were also gorgeous with many of the flowers out in full bloom.
We were home (thankfully) by about 2pm and I was then holed up working away until about 6ish.

Treadmill, then shower and chill out time before the potentially manic week begins!
