The Hike

Another leisurely cruise before mooring up at Wrenbury. Weather was in our favour as Tuttle Jnr & myself set off on an afternoon hike around Wrenbury/Marbury area. Tuttle jnr's boots are going down nicely only for mine to start breaking away a bit. Aint complaining cos I've had them since the late 80's!  Although I took both cameras, I ended up mostly using my K100D as it is "Infrared friendly" taking advantage of the sun.
Whilst getting "refreshed" in The Swan, Malbury, we found a huge monument, on the map. We decided to explore and the monument happened to be "open" meaning we went up inside and admired the views over Cheshire. Awesome, except when a pigeon fluttered out in a fit, making both of us almost soiling our pants!
The last stretch seemed to drag and drag as we crossed a railway line twice (sounds like we took a wrong turn, but we didn't!).

And Mrs Tuttle had tea ready upon our return. Nice.
