Pretty in Pink

Tom and I went to see the girls do their 5K for Cancer Research. Well done to them. Now they just need to find the training programme that'll take them back to 'couch' again! (Actually Katie was so flushed with success that's she's threatening Beck with an upgrade to 10K next year!)
