Not completely mega-Monday

Tonight there was an event at Ice Arena Wales for Cardiff Devils season ticket holders trumpeted as Mega Monday. There were signings to be announced, a Q&A, prizes, etc. In the event it was probably over-hyped as the only signings were four guys returning from last year. I think we'd got ourselves worked up for an NHL star they way they were billing it.
But to be fair, they don't make money from this event, it's just something they put on to make us feel connected to the club still, and a fair bit of work must have gone into organising it, so one shouldn't be critical of something done for free and out of generosity. But boy, was it hot in that bar.
