Morning jog

As I am hosting Mono Monday this month I thought that I should post one myself today.  I've lugged my big bridge camera to London so that I could do the task justice. I used to do that every day.

So here is a morning jogger near St Paul's.

Thank you for taking part today.  I've been checking all day and handing out stars and the odd heart.  I will look at them all again and advise of my favourites on Thursday.  And I will let you know the next challenge.

As to my day I find it much harder looking for a mono shot than a colour one.
