Tiny Tuesday - Weather

It's winter and after the extended Indian summer finally it's cold.
The link  between this lemon slice and the weather is a bit tenuous, but as there are a lot of colds and flu around, we'll all be needing plenty of citrus.

A lot of debate at the moment about the houses along the Sydney coast which are at risk of sliding into the ocean and have been evacuated.
Should the residents be compensated, and if so, by whom?

These and many other questions stand to be repeated often in the years ahead as similar situations are repeated.
Living in a fire prone area I can foresee a time when the cost of the already very expensive insurance will be prohibitive.
