The freshest nectar

This bee (is it a bee?) was so lucky to find this poppy just after it opened and I was so lucky to see and capture it :-) Right after I returned from an hour at the dentist, so I felt I deserved a bit of luck. I was rather surprised my hands weren't still shaking, got cramp in my neck and hands from laying in that chair all tense. Is there anybody who knows how to relax at the dentist?
