Jumping Puddles

This wet soggy looking blackbird was standing on the grass in the rain that was bucketing down on him, suddenly he took one jump before he landed on the fence. a very peculiar blip from me today.
Its been the coldest wettest day in 5 years reaching 14c, we were freezing!!
We didn't step over the doorstep today. 

My extra is when the blackbird finally made it to sit on the wet fence in the garden.
