Dark Mood Rising

The rising tide at Belhaven. The moody skies matched the moody children - I think the bloody awful summer weather is taking its toll. Anyway, makes for a decent photo.

Big Mood.

The little ones sheltered from the drizzle in their wee pals' house whilst Malcolm cycled to the library and Duncan and I went down to the shore. We were a bit matching in our North Face sensible green jackets, both with cameras, but there you go. It was great to be out.

A ham in the oven was ready when we got home and filled us up along with new potatoes. Then lollies and a bit more play before the rain came on again!

In Hollywood eco-disaster movies it's all storms and drama, but in fact I reckon we're all just going to dissolve in a constant drizzle until there's nothing left but some indestructible children's play areas, which the visiting aliens will assume to be primitive altars of worship.
