Three Swans a Swimming

Ok, so it wasn't three swans in the Christmas song, but there are three here. 

Work was ok, its been a lovely sunny day again - bar torrential rain coming back across the Penines this evening. After work my eldest and I went for a walk around the lake. 13,000 steps today (10km) - so to date I have managed over 10,000 every day in June. How much longer can I keep that up?
