Deluge

We've enjoyed some fine weather recently and I rather thought that we'd escapes the rain that seemed to be falling in other parts of the UK. This afternoon made up for it, however, as we had a biblical rain storm for about 20 minutes; rarely have I seen such a downpour. It was pouring into our porch despite the door being closed. Watching the news later on today, other parts of the UK were afflicted by the same weather.
