Ninety Degree Rain and Dormant Butt Syndrome

It began raining this afternoon while still sunny and hot; couldn't find a rainbow, but did spot E's shoes drying on the gate posts.
Earlier, taking a make-up Pilates class, my instructor put us through paces to strengthen our gluteus maximus, just one of her many passions about having a healthy body: we need to reclaim and use our flabby little butts more.
