U is a USA Daisy

A bit of a stretch for a 'U' in the alphabet challenge, but I love these bright bold Heleniums, a perennial daisy from North America.

According to Wikipedia they are commonly known as sneezeweed based on the former use of the dried leaves in making snuff, which when inhaled cause sneezing to supposedly rid the body of evil spirits. As someone who sneezes at the drop of a pin, or an over abundance of pollen, I don't think I'll try it!
