Been hot, hot today. I think we need a thunderstorm to clear the air......

Just about melted at Zumba tonight; hoping it's a bit cooler for our run in the morning.....

Hope the boys appreciate just how hot the kitchen got today. The oven is not my friend just now. Salad anyone?
