Fibonacci

Mother Nature must have been a little more than friendly with Mr. Fibonacci, judging by her affinity for all things him.  Long days this week means I take another look at the sunflowers I brought in over the weekend, only to be reminded of an old, Italian mathematician's work by the whorls of seeds spiraling out from this flower's center.  That same pattern can be found in all sorts of other natural things.
