A day WFH; from early. Time to be made up.

With 2 days of reports, essential policies to be read, a couple of meetings to be booked, a refresher course....

A quick visit to Lidl at lunchtime then back to the grind.

Out at 5.30 to meet her; a quick drink whilst waiting for the train to bring her lass back from Glasgow, we all walked up the road for dinner at hers.
(smoked mackerel pate; chicken with serrano ham, mushrooms, mozzarella and some asparagus)
Not the most dynamic evening; everyone exhausted. I think the effort of TV stuff had taken its toll...!

So off I went into the sunset around 10.
