Nice cycle in yesterday. Fartlek on Tuesday. Only one Portugese player turned up for Monday's football. Nothing to do with England beating Portugal, I'm sure. Their loss, they missed the first outing of the new boots.

And they got a workout today. The lunchtime game was followed by a double-header evening Powerleague game. Poured myself into the bath when I got home.

Spent 1/2 hour after work and before football doing the crossword in the sun while some people dressed in white played bat and ball and an international group of Postgrads played some very complicated game of memory and logic. In multiple accents. All very nice!
