10k is just over a month away, as Mary keeps pointing out to me, and I haven't really started any training for it, as Mary also keeps pointing out to me.
Well that's all about to change!
It's the start of the Olympics and I'm gonna get all inspired to train hard, it's a beautiful sunnyish morning here, so out I go...
