Poppies in the rain

This morning stayed dry for Bowling in the Park, the green was so wet that the bowls sprayed water as they rolled along. We're not serious as we're not in a league but it's always a fun morning with lots of good humoured banter.

Thunder and rain this afternoon, the bouncing off the ground type. Sorry it's another flower but I liked the raindrops on the poppy flowers. It has red, orange and yellow blooms on one plant which is rather clever!
