Sands of Tibet.

A group of eight Tibetan monks are constructing a Medicine  Sand Mandala at St Thomas Church in Salisbury. The monks from the exiled monastry of Tashi Lhunpo, are using millions of dyed sand/marble  grains to make the mandala. When finished it will be swept up from the outside and ,with prayers, put into the waters of the nearby Avon river.
