Pale pink ruffles

I love the peony flowers when they first open in our garden. They just look wonderful at the moment and have a heavenly rose type scent. The plant really took off when my hubby transferred it from a pot into the flower bed.

Have been enjoying watching the Royal programmes today, and it was lovely to see Princess Charlotte and Prince George enjoying the flypast from the balcony of Buckingham Palace following the Trooping of the Colour (which was impressive, but always goes on a bit too long in my opinion).
