Congratulations ?

Our last day in Austria and as the sun was shining , and our airport pick up was not till 4pm, we walked to a local Lake - Irrsee - which is about 3 miles out of Mondsee. 
On the way we walked passed a small village with this stork outside one of the houses . We suspect that the owner has recently had a baby boy - but were not sure having never seen anything like this before ...
