Ladies who lunch

Once a month I meet up with my bestest friends for lunch. To add to the usual.madness, the hostess sets a theme for dishes...and even dress code. To coincide with the Queen's 90th birthday shenanigans, the theme was a garden party.
This luscious dessert was as good as it looks!
