Lily Regale

Another lily just opening out.
Not another Yorkshire Post "freeby" but one of three bulbs I bought last year.
Only two have flowered this time but this one has got 10 flowers on and the tother 12.
A heavenly perfume, especially early evening.
You can propogate from seed, but it takes a few years before they flower.
I haven't tried it as I haven't got a greenhouse.

Another nice summers day.
Usual weekend shopping, a bit of gardening, and now to start tea.

We have been invited to friends for a barbecue Saturday night, and Sunday it is our Walking Club's garden party.
A lovely weekend to look forward to. Fingers crossed it stays fine!
