There is something about this place that puts me in mind of Portmeirion. Not sure what it is, perhaps nothing in particular just something about the ambience. We booked an extra night as we like it here so much. Went into Kippford for lunch and gave the local our approval. Now negotiating for an extended stay in the winter.
