Cloudy, blustery morning but no rain yet,
The best time to get some great photos is early in the morning, you have the sun rising, the moon dissapearing behind what ever is on the horizon. You can have some spectacular skies or some just grey and dullish but whatever the weather you can always find something that can look interesting.
