Glorious Rackwick

Took a pack of sandwiches and a flask out into the Hoy Hills today.  On the boat there were approx 60 folk bit they all disappeared off to the Old Man.  Went in past the PO first to see CMC’s Mum.  After tea and toast we went through to Rackwick and walked up Clicknafea and then across the top of Moorfea.

We came down to the Greenhill and then spent a lot of time on the beach.  Such a gloriously hot, sunny day - typical Rackwick.  The red sandstone cliffs - 800 feet, had started to glow in the evening sun.  Orkney at its very best.

A great day oot.
